NDI based PU elastomer is well-known for its exceptional heat resistance, oil resitance and dynamic property. But NDI terminate prepolymer is unstable, it must be use out within 45 min. So only the sophisticated staff can produce NDI based PU elastomer with the special machine.
NAPRENE 25 is a stable polyester-based, NDI terminated urethane prepolymer. This new prepolymer has highly stability. It is easy to be handled and operated, just like other TDI and MDI terminate prepolymer. Cured with the mixture of 1.4 Butandiol and polyol, you can synthetisize different hardness NDI base urethane elastomer.
