It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good stiffness, high temperature resistance, ablative resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high conductivity and heat conduction, flame retardant and low expansion coefficient.
Pitch-based carbon fiber is a non-metallic materials with better thermally conductive. Heat transfer of solid materials mainly rely on the free electrons, and the heat transfer of carbon fiber mainly relies on the lattice vibration, the essence of which is thermal motion of microscopic particles, molecules, atoms and ions, it conforms to the motion law of quantum mechanics, hot components through the electronic movement, thermal effect come out under the condition of electric spark motivation, and it is silent, no light and no pollution in the entire movement process.
